Fire-resistant Building Integrated Photovoltaics (Fire_safe PV)

The project aims to develop technological solution for the laminated glass edge protection and the novel technology for manufacturing of a photovoltaic module with new generation solar cells then to demonstrate their effect on the efficiency and fire-resistant properties of BIPV. The implemented solutions would allow the partners to develop a portfolio of new products meeting construction industry standards (possibility to replace standard construction materials) that would address market and consumer needs ensuring the companies competition and business development.
The project is being implemented by UAB „Intelligent Solar” and UAB „Gravera” according to the procedures set forth in the progress measure No. 05-001-01-05-07 „Establishing a Coherent System for the Promotion of Innovative Activities” under the Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Programme for 2022-2030.
The project has received funding from the EU Recovery and Resilience Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania under Grant Agreement No. 02-020-K-0009.
