Glass tempering is a thermal processing that gives glass greater resistance to impact (up to 5 to 6 times) and temperature differences. When such glass breaks, it falls into many small particles, thus protecting those around it from serious injuries. After tempering, the glass is tested in our company’s laboratory according to the EN standards and this enables them to be marked as safe glass that meets the CE requirements.

Tempered glass is widely used in construction, furniture manufacturing, automotive industry and other areas. Due to its resistance to impact and temperature changes, tempered glass can be used for building facades, arbours, partition railings, etc.

Glass bending serves for two functions simultaneously – bending and tempering. Thus, bent glass meets all standards of safe tempered glass and is CE marked, and can be used in the production of double-glazed windows, facades, partitions or other glazing as usual regular (straight) tempered glass.

Glass enamelling is a method of painting glass by tempering enamelled glass. During the tempering process, the paint merges with the surface of the tempered glass. Glass painted by this method is very strong, the painted surface is resistant to the effects of the atmosphere and UV rays, mechanical scratches, changes in temperature, and does not pose a risk of injury when broken, as it breaks into many small particles. These advantages allow using glass enamelling in the installation of glass facades, glass railings, glass partitions, and furniture, as well as in the manufacture of household appliances and other uses of glass both exterior and interior. You can choose the colours for painting the glass from the RAL colour palette. 

Laminated glass is made by joining two or more sheets of glass with a film so that, when the glass breaks, it prevents the glass shards from falling apart and the glass from shattering completely, thus protecting others from injury. Laminated glass is more resistant to break-ins.

After lamination, the glass is tested in our company’s laboratory according to the EN standards and this enables them to be marked as safe glass that meets the CE requirements.

Laminated glass is considered to be extremely safe. Therefore, it can be used for lift shafts, handrails, roofs, shop windows or other glazing where increased safety glass is required.

1. Polishing

Polishing is clarification of the edge.

2. Grinding

Grinding is rough machining of the edge, leaving it matte.

3. Technological processing (blunting)

Minimal processing of glass edges so that they become blunt.

4. CNC Figural Polishing

CNC grinding/polishing is used for machining irregularly shaped glass edges.

5. Faceting

Decorative processing of glass or mirror after which the product acquires a slope on the perimeter changing the width of the facet. It gives a different visual effect.

6. Edge processing at a selected angle

Edge grinding/polishing at an angle of 10 to 85 degrees

The holes are drilled with specially designed automatic equipment, simultaneously from both sides
of the glass, thus ensuring the holes' positioning accuracy and high quality.

The recesses are milled with a CNC machine using a special, dedicated milling cutter. Next, the
milled edges can be polished, giving the glass edge a beautiful aesthetic appearance.

We can print images, photos or graphics of your design on the glass surface in extremely high resolution, up to 1410DPI, in various dimensions and unique colour intensity, according to the colour solutions of buildings.

Special technologies allow to print both single and serial images, photos, ornaments on various glass products used for partitions, stained glass, facades, interior elements, solar panels, and heated glass with electrically conductive tracks.

Large-format images in glass can be divided into individual segments and transferred to a single building facade – ecologically and with impeccable accuracy. This opens up endless possibilities to design and implement any architectural idea.

After tempering, special ceramic paints become a durable part of the glass, resistant to mechanical damage and UV exposure.

Coating ClearShield is designed to protect the glass surface from various dirt, water deposits, and facilitates glass maintenance.

ClearShield is a completely transparent, chemically inert, environmentally friendly and UV-resistant polymer resin. Unlike film, ClearShield coating becomes part of the glass, so it dos not stripe off, peel or crack.

ClearShield is like Teflon glass – it creates a barrier between the glass and external factors, the glass becomes resistant to dirt, protected from corrosion and other contaminants, and easy to clean.

It is advisable to apply this coating at the factory. This way, the glass is immediately protected and less contaminated, and is easy to clean after construction. This saves financial and time costs during construction.

It is a very versatile and widely used way to cut a variety of materials, including glass.

Water sprayed with high pressure cuts various shapes and figures in glass. Water cutting is very precise and can do even very small cuts.

It is a process in which a strong stream of air and abrasive mixture is released into a glass or mirror, thus mating it. It can be used as a decorative finish or mounted as LED lighting behind the mated area in the mirror.

The test is intended to prevent spontaneous breakage of tempered glass. Spontaneous glass breakage is affected by nickel sulphide impurities remaining during glass production. Such an impact is accidental and does not depend on the glass manufacturer. Therefore, it is not considered a defect.

During the heat stress test, such glass shatters, leaving only the glass that is resistant to self-impact.
